We founded Staff-Link in 2026 in Cork, Ireland, to make it simple for businesses to find reliable people for everyday and specialist work. Today we work from Cork, Ireland and Karlsruhe, Germany, starting with businesses across Europe and working with clients worldwide.
Our approach is personal: we take the time to understand each role, screen every candidate carefully and stay in touch long after your new team member has started.
Staff-Link is led by its two founders, who bring together experience in finance and technology.
Thomas is a finance professional with several years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting and investment fund services. He has worked with international clients across the funds industry in Ireland, where he built a strong background in accuracy, compliance and client service. He holds a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law from University College Cork.

Sharath is a geospatial and technology professional based in Germany. He works as a GIS analyst and has carried out research at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the University of Luxembourg. Earlier he coordinated facility operations in Kuwait, and he previously founded the GeoAI venture RITAM GIS.
